ANNOUNCEMENT ON 2017 FOLLOW-UP RATING RESULTS OF CORPORATE BOND

The Board of Directors of the Company and all its members hereby warrant that there are no false representations, misleading statements or material omission in this announcement, and they individually and collectively accept full responsibility for the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of the contents contained herein.

According to the relevant requirements of the Administrative Measures on Issuance and Trading of Corporate Bonds, Measures on the Administration of Issuance of Securities by Listed Companies and Corporate Bonds Listing Rules of Shanghai Stock Exchange, Gemdale Corporation (the "Company") has appointed United Ratings Co., Ltd. ("United Ratings") to conduct follow-up rating of the issuer credit rating for the Company and for its bond issues namely "15 Gemdale 01", "16 Gemdale 01" and "16 Gemdale 02" (bond code: 122488, 136325, 136326, respectively) issued by the Company. United Ratings maintains the issuer rating of the Company at "AAA" with credit rating outlook remaining "stable", and the credit rating assigned for each of "15 Gemdale 01", "16 Gemdale 01" and "16 Gemdale 02" remains at "AAA".
