ANNOUNCEMENT ON SALES PERFORMANCE IN JULY 2017, REAL ESTATE PROJECTS MARKETING PLAN FOR AUGUST - SEPTEMBER 2017 AND ACQUISITION OF NEW PROJECTS

The Company and all members of the Board of Directors warrant the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of the contents of this announcement, accept jointly responsibility for any false representations, misleading statements or material omission contained herein.

In July 2017, the Company recorded contracted sales area of 428,000 sq.m., a decrease of 10.19% over the same period of last year; and the corresponding contracted sales amounted to RMB7.90 billion, a decrease of 2.59% over the same period of last year.

From January to July 2017, the Company recorded accumulated contracted sales area of 4,179,000 sq.m., an increase of 24.07% over the same period of last year; and the corresponding accumulated contracted sales amounted to RMB78.24 billion, an increase of 50.28% over the same period of last year.

Certain adjustments to the marketing plans may somehow be needed, and therefore, the above statistics and marketing plans are for investors' reference only.

Recently, the following projects have been added to the Company's portfolio:

Nanjing Jiangning District No.2017G21 Plot is located in the west of Meilong Lake and the east of Duangong Road in Jiangning District. It stretches east to the existing road, south to Zhengde Road, west to Duangong Road and north to the existing road. It has a total site area of 100,452.07 sq.m. and an above-ground planned plot ratio of 1.41. The GFA based on the plot ratio is 141,299 sq.m. The land is for residential and commercial land use with land use right granted for a term of 70 years for residential use and a term of 40 years for commercial use. The final price of the project is RMB 2,220,000,000.

Nanjing Qixia District Yaohua City Complex No.2017G37 Plot is located in Yaohuamen Area, Qixia District, Nanjing. It stretches east to Jinyao Road, south to Yaojia Road, west to Cuilin Road and north to the junction of Cuilin Road and Jinyao Road. It has a total site area of 51,966.42 sq.m. and a planned plot ratio of 4.85. The GFA based on the plot ratio is 251,807.85 sq.m. The land is for mixed commercial land use with land use right granted for a term of 40 years for commercial use and a term of 40 years for hotel serviced apartment use. The final price of the project is RMB 1,710,000,000.

Suzhou Wujiang Economic and Technological Development Zone WJ-J-2017-009 Plot is located in Wujiang National Economic and Technological Development Zone in Suzhou. It stretches nouth to Yundong Avenue and west to Wanhu Road. It has a total site area of 52,467.9 sq.m. and an above-ground planned plot ratio of 2.6. The GFA based on the plot ratio is 136,416.54 sq.m. The land is for urban residential land use with land use right granted for a term of 70 years. The final price of the project is RMB 1,152,733,369.

Dalian Ganjingzi District Zhoujiagou C Area Plot is located at Gezhenbao Street, Ganjingzi District, Dalian. It stretches east to the road under planning, south to the road under planning, west to the road under planning and north to the boundary of the plot. It has a total site area of 94,100.4 sq.m. and an above-ground planned plot ratio of 1.3. The GFA based on the plot ratio is 122,652 sq.m. The land is for urban residential, communal and supporting facilities land use with land use right granted for a term of 70 years for urban residential use and a term of 40 years for communal and supporting facilities use. The final price of the project is RMB 301,500,000.

Zhengzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone (Zheng Zheng Jing Kai Chu [2017] No.24) Plot is located in the international logistics park, Zhengzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone. It stretches east to Jiuqu Road, south to Hanghai Avenue, west to Fengqi Street and north to An'da Road. It has a total site area of 45,532.69

sq.m. and an above-ground planned plot ratio of 3.5. The GFA based on the plot ratio is 159,364.4 sq.m. The land is for urban residential land use with land use right granted for a term of 70 years. The final price of the project is RMB 821,000,000.
