Automatech and B2Q deployed FacilityConneX at Southcoast Hospitals in 2012. The software allows Southcoast management to view facilities operations performance across a group of four campuses totaling 1.7 million square feet of space. The software has more than 100 analytics running across 1,000 different pieces of equipment to help monitor and identify performance issues and probable causes. The system then recommends areas where maintenance personnel should investigate and implement corrective actions.
To date, Southcoast has identified more than $500,000 in potential savings by correcting system operation issues identified by the FacilityConneX/B2Q solution.
