'GECAS is delighted to be delivering Primera's first new A321neo today,' declared GECAS Senior Vice President - Sales, Felix McArdle. 'We have been partnering with them on fleet solutions for 11 years now and this latest delivery of the ground-breaking A321neo with LEAP engines is the latest chapter and a very important development for Primera. We wish them every success with the operation.'

'Incorporating the latest technology engines, such as the CFM Leap-1A, along with aerodynamic advances and cabin innovations, the A321neo offers a reduction in fuel consumption of at least 15 percent per seat from day one and 20 percent by 2020.' added Kimon Sotiropoulos Vice President Sales Northern and Central Europe from Airbus.
