SHARE BUY-BACK AND HOLDING OF TREASURY SHARES
Genting Singapore PLC (the "Company") refers to the Daily Share Buy-Back Notice Announcements dated 6 July 2015 and 7 July 2015 (collectively, the "Announcements"). As stated in the Announcements, the on-market share buy-backs referred to in the Announcements do not constitute the purchase, redemption or acquisition by the Company of its own shares under the Isle of Man Companies Act 2006, and at that time the Company was arranging with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited to have these bought shares transferred to the Company and held as treasury shares.
The Company wishes to inform that the 9,622,600 shares which are the subject of the share buy-backs referred to in the Announcements have been transferred to the Company, and such shares have been held as treasury shares since 27 July 2015.
