Genting Singapore PLC (the "Company") wishes to announce that Maxims Clubs Sdn. Bhd. ("MCSB"), the Company's direct wholly-owned subsidiary, has submitted an application to the Companies Commission of Malaysia ("CCM") to strike-off its name from the register of CCM pursuant to Section 550 of the Malaysia Companies Act 2016.

The striking-off of MCSB is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets and earnings per share of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2017.

None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in any of the above striking-off other than through their respective shareholdings in the Company.
