The companies Metalúrgica Gerdau S.A. and Gerdau S.A. announce to their shareholders and the general market that in meetings held on September 3, 2015, the Boards of Directors approved the election of Harley Lorentz Scardoelli, currently Investor Relations Officer, to the position of Executive Vice-President Finance and Investor Relations Officer of Metalúrgica Gerdau S.A. and Gerdau S.A., while also serving as a member of the Executive Committee of both companies.
