MENLO PARK, Calif., April 25, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Geron Corporation (Nasdaq:GERN) will hold its 2017 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, on Tuesday, May 9, 2017, at 4:00 p.m. PDT.
Geron’s stockholders are invited to attend the Annual Meeting in person at the company’s offices located at 149 Commonwealth Drive, Menlo Park, California 94025 or by conference call by dialing 877-303-9139 (U.S.) or 760-536-5195 (international). Geron will announce its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2017 on Tuesday, May 9, 2017, after the market close. Due to the company’s Annual Meeting being held on the same day, Geron will not be hosting a separate first quarter conference call.
