Containers made from type I clear glass (coefficient of expansion of 35) are manufactured here. Its product range covers serum bottles (with 13/16.5/20/32 mm necks), screw-cap bottles (various necks), IV bottles (28/32 mm necks), and various other moulded-glass bottles.

Gerresheimer Morganton | Primary Packaging Glass

The Morganton plant manufactures serum vials, vials with a large outside diameter (25-30 ml), and two-compartment vials (1-6 ml) made from type I clear and amber glass.

Gerresheimer Peachtree City | Medical Systems

Established in 1993, the site in Peachtree City near Atlanta makes customized inhalers, test cards for microbiological testing systems, all manner of different components for devices that administer insulin, and closures for ampoules.

Gerresheimer Vineland | Primary Packaging Glass

The Vineland production site specializes in type I clear and amber glass, making dental and pharmaceutical carpules, insulin pen carpules, onion skin tubes, shell vials, specialty vials, and syringes.

Gerresheimer Forrest Grove | Primary Packaging Glass

Pharmaceutical containers are made here from type I clear and amber glass. Specifically, these are serum vials (2-20 ml), vials with a large outside diameter (30 ml), shell vials, specialty vials, and glass tubes for syringes.
