The Warsaw Stock Exchange announces that based on the Management Board resolutions no. 42/2007, as amended, following the trading session on April 22, 2014, there will be an extraordinary adjustment and 4,763,000 shares of PCM company (ISIN PLPRMCM00048) will supplement WIG and WIG-Poland.
PCM company's shares were introduced to trading on April 16, 2014 and fulfill free float criteria of the above mentioned indices.
