Pursuant to § 117a Division IV of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in The UTP System, and with reference to the current report no 31/2014 of November 21st, 2014 published by PLAZA CENTERS N.V., the Warsaw Stock Exchange hereby informs, that due to the nature and rules of the new rights issue, actions described in Section 1 Chapter 13 Division IV of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in The UTP System will not be executed.
According to the information submitted by PLAZA CENTERS N.V. in the current report no 31/2014 of November 21st, 2014:
1) date of pre-emptive rights is November 25th, 2014,
2) last day of pre-emptive rights' listing in Poland is November 24th, 2014
