The Warsaw Stock Exchange announces that based on the
Management Board resolution no. 42/2007 of January 16,
2007, as amended, VISTULA company (ISIN PLVSTLA00011) will
not be included in the sWIG80 index portfolio on the
session on July 3, 2012.
The extraordinary adjustment of VISTULA company follows its
quotation without pre-emptive right and concerns a
situation when company's reference price on July 3, 2012 is
lower than the closing price on July 2, 2012.
