Resolution No. 1028/2015
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 8 October 2015
concerning the admission to exchange trading in the WSE Main List of series A, B, C, E, F, G, H, I and J bearer ordinary shares and rights to series I bearer ordinary shares of the company ADIUVO INVESTMENTS S.A.
§ 1
1. Pursuant to § 3.1, § 3.2, § 3.5 and § 3.6 and § 14 of the WSE Rules, the WSE Management Board resolves to admit to exchange trading in the main market:
1) the following series bearer ordinary shares of the company
ADIUVO INVESTMENTS S.A. a par value PLN 0,10 each:
a) 1.000.000 series A shares,,
b) 2.829.160 series B shares,
c) 297.550 series C shares,
d) 495.970 series E shares,
e) 250.000 series F shares,
f) 200.000 series G shares,
g) 500.000 series H shares,
h) 500.000 series I shares,
i) 1.000.000 series I shares,
j) 297.500 series J shares;
2) 1.000.000 rights to series I bearer ordinary shares of the company ADIUVO INVESTMENTS S.A., a par value PLN 0,10 each.
2. The admission to exchange trading in the main market of the shares, mentioned in point 1.1)i) above, is conditional on the registration of the company's share capital increase following the issue of 1.000.000 series I shares.

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
Gielda Papierow Wartosciowych w Warszawie SA (Warsaw Stock Exchange, GPW) is a Poland-based stock exchange. It is a parent entity of WSE Group that offers products and services within its trading markets of equity, derivate, fixed income and structured products. It also distributes market data. The Company has two business lines: Financial market, which includes trading in equities, derivatives, fixed-income and other instruments, listing, and information services; and Commodity market, which includes trading in electricity and property rights in certificates of origin, operation of a register of certificates of origin, clearing, trade and technical trade operator services. As of December 31, 2011, it operates two wholly owned subsidiaries, WSEInfoEngine SA, providing data transmission and information services; and Instytut Rynku Kapitalowego WSE Research SA, engaged in publishing; as well as 92.47%-owned BondSpot SA.
