Resolution No. 1210/2015
of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 27 November 2015

concerning the introduction to exchange trading in the GPW Main List of
series B bearer ordinary shares of the company WITTCHEN S.A.

§ 1

1. Pursuant to § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Rules, the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board resolves to introduce as of 1 December 2015 by way of an ordinary procedure to exchange trading in the main market 1,600,000 series B bearer ordinary shares of the company WITTCHEN S.A. a par value PLN 0.20 each.

2. The introduction to exchange trading of the shares, mentioned in point 1. above, is conditional on the registration of the series B shares and their coding as 'PLWTCHN00030' by the National Depository for Securities on 1 December 2015.

§ 2

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
