The Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW) announces that based on the Management Board resolutions no. 42/2007, as amended, following the trading session on May 27, 2016, there will be following extraordinary adjustments:
WIG and WIG-Poland indices will be supplemented by 11,157,000 shares of AIRWAY company (ISIN PLAIRWY00017). AIRWAY company's shares were introduced to trading on the GPW Main List on May 24, 2016 and fulfill free float criteria of the above mentioned indices;
GLCOSMED company (ISIN PLGLBLC00011) will be removed from the WIG and WIG-Poland indices portfolios. GLCOSMED company no longer meets criteria of the above mentioned indices, because it's free float is lower than 10%;
SYNTHOS company (ISIN PLDWORY00019) will be replaced by 10,451,000 shares of BUDIMEX company (ISIN PLBUDMX00013) in of the WIGdiv index. SYNTHOS company will be removed from the above mentioned index due to resolution of a general meeting not to pay dividend in the current year.
