Further to Current Report no 33/2016 of 25 August 2016 Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie ('GPW', 'Company') informs that in accordance with the recommendation of the members of the distribution consortium ('Consortium'), created in a view of the planned issuance of GPW long term bonds of a new series ('Bonds'), with a purpose to refinance the floating interest rate bonds, ISIN code PLGPW0000033 issued by Company, which redemption date is scheduled for 2 January 2017, the GPW Management Board has decided to extend the composition of Consortium of two more entities: Biuro Maklerskie Alior Banku S.A. and Dom Maklerski PKO Banku Polskiego S.A.
As a result, the Consortium includes: Bank Pekao S.A., Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A., Biuro Maklerskie Alior Banku S.A. and Dom Maklerski PKO Banku Polskiego S.A.
The planned Bonds issue will be carried out pursuant to art 33(1) of the Act of Bonds of 15 January 2015 and will be a public offering within the meaning of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and Public Companies of 29 July 2005.
The considered redemption date of the Bonds will be 5 years from the issuance date. The considered interest rate type of the Bonds will be floating interest rate. The considered nominal value of the issue will be PLN 120 million.
Legal basis of the report: Art. 17(1) of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC ('MAR Regulation').
