Resolution No. 518/2016
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 25 May 2016
admitting the company ING BANK ŚLĄSKI S.A. to operation on the exchange
§ 1
Pursuant to § 60.2(1), § 61, § 65.1 and § 72.1 of the Exchange Rules, the Exchange Management Board resolves to admit the company ING BANK ŚLĄSKI S.A. to operation on the exchange as an exchange member within the scope of trade in securities and derivatives on own account and for the account of clients as of the registration by the competent court of the split of the company ING SECURITIES S.A. through the take-over by ING BANK ŚLĄSKI S.A. of an organised part of the brokerage house used to conduct a brokerage business.
§ 2
Pursuant to § 75 of the Exchange Rules and § 19.5(1) of the Alternative Trading System Rules, acting at the request of the company ING SECURITIES S.A., the Exchange Management Board revokes Resolution No. 106/492/97 of the Exchange Supervisory Board dated 23 July 1997 concerning admission to operation on the exchange and excludes the exchange member from operation in the alternative trading system as of the registration by the competent court of the split of the company ING SECURITIES S.A. through the take-over by ING BANK ŚLĄSKI S.A. of an organised part of the brokerage house used to conduct a brokerage business.
§ 3
This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.

It is a parent entity of WSE Group that offers products and services within its trading markets of equity, derivate, fixed income and structured products. It also distributes market data. The Company has two business lines: Financial market, which includes trading in equities, derivatives, fixed-income and other instruments, listing, and information services; and Commodity market, which includes trading in electricity and property rights in certificates of origin, operation of a register of certificates of origin, clearing, trade and technical trade operator services. As of December 31, 2011, it operates two wholly owned subsidiaries, WSEInfoEngine SA, providing data transmission and information services; and Instytut Rynku Kapitalowego WSE Research SA, engaged in publishing; as well as 92.47%-owned BondSpot SA.
