In accordance with the Resolution 716/2016 of 13 July 2016, on 14 July 2016 on the GPW Parallel Market shall be introduced to exchange trading structured certificates issued by ING Bank N.V.
The structured certificates are issued in 6 series.
Basic information concerning the certificates is presented in the enclosed table.
Detailed information as regards the instruments is presented in their base prospectus and final terms which shall be available on the GPW website by the day preceding the date of introduction to trade..
