Resolution No. 139/2017
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 15 February 2017
concerning the introduction to exchange trading in the WSE Main Market of
structured certificates issued by ING BANK N.V.
§ 1
Pursuant to § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the WSE Rules, and Division V § 1.1 and § 2.1 of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in UTP system, the WSE Management Board resolves:
1) to introduce as of 16 February 2017 by way of an ordinary procedure to exchange trading in the parallel market structured certificates issued by ING BANK N.V. in 17 series of certificates referred to in the Exhibit to this Resolution, in a number no higher than number of certificates of a given series indicated in this Exhibit in the column 'Issue Volume', registered by the National Depository for Securities under the code as indicated in the Exhibit to this Resolution;
2) to list the structured certificates issued by ING BANK N.V., mentioned in point 1) above, in the market maker system under the abbreviated name as indicated in the Exhibit to this Resolution;
3) to list the structured certificates issued by ING BANK N.V., mentioned in point 1) above, in leveraged structured instruments segment, (Segment A instruments).
§ 2
This Resolution shall come into force on the date of adoption.

Gielda Papierow Wartosciowych w Warszawie SA (Warsaw Stock Exchange, GPW) is a Poland-based stock exchange. It is a parent entity of WSE Group that offers products and services within its trading markets of equity, derivate, fixed income and structured products. It also distributes market data. The Company has two business lines: Financial market, which includes trading in equities, derivatives, fixed-income and other instruments, listing, and information services; and Commodity market, which includes trading in electricity and property rights in certificates of origin, operation of a register of certificates of origin, clearing, trade and technical trade operator services. As of December 31, 2011, it operates two wholly owned subsidiaries, WSEInfoEngine SA, providing data transmission and information services; and Instytut Rynku Kapitalowego WSE Research SA, engaged in publishing; as well as 92.47%-owned BondSpot SA.
