Resolution No. 156/2017
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 21 February 2017
concerning the exclusion from exchange trading on the WSE Main List of
structured certificates issued by ING BANK N.V.
§ 1
In connection with the fulfilment of early redemption conditions of structured certificates issued by ING BANK N.V. referred to in Exhibit to this Resolution, pursuant to § 31.2.3) of the WSE Rules, the WSE Management Board resolves to exclude from exchange trading the abovementioned certificates as of 24 February 2017.
§ 2
This Resolution shall come into force on the date of adoption.
