The Warsaw Stock Exchange announces that based on the Management Board resolution no. 42/2007 as amended, following the trading session on July 28, 2016 there will be an extraordinary adjustment of the WIG20, WIG20TR, WIG30, WIG30TR, WIG, WIG-Poland, WIGdiv and WIG-banking indices.
As a result of this extraordinary adjustment number of shares of PEKAO company (ISIN PLPEKAO00016) will amount to:
157,219,000 in the WIG20, WIG20TR, WIG, WIG-Poland and WIG-banking,
132,367,000 (reduced to 10%) in the WIG30 and WIG30TR,
48,166,000 (reduced to 10%) in the WIGdiv.
The extraordinary adjustment results from an increase of free float shares of PEKAO company over EUR 250 million.
