Resolution No. 862/2016
of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 23 August 2016
concerning the introduction to exchange trading in the WSE Main List of
series B, C, D, E, F, G, H and J bearer ordinary shares
of the company PGS SOFTWARE S.A.
§ 1
Pursuant to § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the WSE Rules and § 2.1 of Division 4 of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in UTP, the WSE Management Board resolves as follows:
1) to introduce as of 25 August 2016 by way of an ordinary procedure to exchange trading in the parallel market the following bearer ordinary shares of the company PGS SOFTWARE S.A. a par value PLN 0,02 each:
a) 12.500.000 series B shares, coded as 'PLSFTWR00015' by the National Depository for Securities,
b) 250.000 series C shares, coded as 'PLSFTWR00015' by the National Depository for Securities,
c) 1.500.000 series D shares, coded as 'PLSFTWR00015' by the National Depository for Securities,
d) 631.405 series E shares, coded as 'PLSFTWR00015' by the National Depository for Securities,
e) 260.000 series F shares, coded as 'PLSFTWR00015' by the National Depository for Securities,
f) 259.000 series G shares, coded as 'PLSFTWR00015' by the National Depository for Securities,
g) 241.500 series H shares, coded as 'PLSFTWR00015' by the National Depository for Securities,
h) 90.000 series J shares, provided that they are registered and coded as 'PLSFTWR00015' by the National Depository for Securities on 25 August 2016;
2) to list the shares of the company PGS SOFTWARE S.A., mentioned in point 1), in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name ' PGSSOFT' and the code 'PSW'.
§ 2
This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.

It is a parent entity of WSE Group that offers products and services within its trading markets of equity, derivate, fixed income and structured products. It also distributes market data. The Company has two business lines: Financial market, which includes trading in equities, derivatives, fixed-income and other instruments, listing, and information services; and Commodity market, which includes trading in electricity and property rights in certificates of origin, operation of a register of certificates of origin, clearing, trade and technical trade operator services.
