Further to Current Report No. 47/2016 from 29 December 2016, the Warsaw Stock Exchange ('Company') informs that pursuant to the Resolution No. 31/17 of the Management Board of Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych ('KDPW') from 13 January 2017, it has been decided that 600,000 (six hundred thousand) series E bearer bonds with a nominal value of PLN 100 (one hundred zlotys) each, issued pursuant to Resolution No. 1058/2016 of the Company's Management Board from 13 October 2016 will be registered in KDPW and assigned ISIN PLGPW0000199 on 18th January 2017.
Legal basis: Article 17 (1) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC ('MAR').

It is a parent entity of WSE Group that offers products and services within its trading markets of equity, derivate, fixed income and structured products. It also distributes market data.
