The Warsaw Stock Exchange ('Exchange', 'Company') informs that on 22 March 2017 Mr. Paweł Dziekoński, Vice President of the Exchange Management Board, resigned from his position with effect from today.
Below, the Company announces the reasons of resignation given by Mr Paweł Dziekoński:
'My decision is motivated by respect for the recent delegation of a new person to perform the functions of President of the Exchange Management Board and the intention, which represents good practice in such cases, to give the newly elected authorities of the Exchange a free choice in the selection of other members of the Exchange Management Board.'
Legal basis: § 5.1 (21) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent.
