Ad hoc release: Chairman of Gigaset AG Supervisory Board resigns for personal reasons

Rudi Lamprecht, Member of the Gigaset AGSupervisory Boardsince June 10,2011and Chairman of the Supervisory Board, will resign his position asChairman of the Supervisory Boardfor purelypersonal and privatereasonsand leave the Supervisory Boardon March15,2013. As the elected substitutemember oftheGigasetAG Supervisory Board; Ms BarbaraThätig will succeed Mr Lamprecht. The Supervisory Board is expected to elect a new chairman atits nextmeeting on March 22,2013.
