This is a correction of the announcement from 23 October 2014 at 08:00.

Reason for the correction: Correct number of bonus shares distributed to employees, and new share holding for primary insiders in attachment.

On behalf of Gjensidige (OSE:GJF), DNB has on October 22 2014 acquired 47,997 shares. The shares have been acquired at an average price of NOK123.00 per share.

38,950 shares have been sold to employees, at a price of NOK 123.00 per share, as part of the Gjensidige share savings scheme 2014.

Acquisition of shares related to the share savings scheme for the third quarter 2014 is now completed.

A total of 6432 bonus shares are allocated to employees pursuant to the terms of previous years' share savings scheme. Bonus shares are allocated without further consideration.

Gjensidige now owns 63,579 own shares.

Shares sold to primary insider employees are, together with allocated bonus shares, disclosed in the attachment.
