GL Events : PLAYTIME PARIS

The international trade fair devoted to children's fashion and future mothers will be hosted from 27 to 29 January at the Parc Floral Events Center in Paris.

Playtime Paris will bring together professionals, suppliers and buyers to present more than 540 collections for the 2018-2019 Autumn/Winter season in the fields of fashion, footwear, accessories, childcare, decoration and lifestyle.

For Playtime's 23rd appearance in Paris, the theme of the show will be 'Changeover', exploring the latest trends and changes in the sector. However, the fair will remain faithful to the things that have made it so successful, namely a combination of renowned and new brands, presented in a friendly family atmosphere.

Exhibitions highlighting key themes, identified by the trend-setter Julie Malait, will be held during the show, including:

- The 'Agricool' trend: a collection of clothes that reflects people's growing appreciation of nature and the earth, and the pleasure of sharing our ancestors' traditions and age-old know-how with young people. Sophie Larger and Stéphanie Buttier, two landscape gardeners and artists, will be presenting their creations.

- the 'Flow' trend, which draws on the theme of Hip Hop music and 21st century rap, will be illustrated by the photographs of Laura Devenelle.

- the 'Renew' exhibition will present delicate and refined collections, laid out by the artist Melanie Clénet.

Each space will showcase one or more artists invited to express themselves through their creations. Several other exhibitions and events will take place at Playtime Paris.

On 27 January, the experts from 'Milk Magazine' will be presenting the renowned Milk Awards in four categories: Best in France, Fashion, Home Decoration and 'It Look'. These awards are carefully watched by the purchasers at the show to help guide their choices.
