COLUMBUS, Ohio, July 9, 2014 - Glimcher Realty Trust (NYSE: GRT), one of the country's premier retail REITs, announced today Kenneth Marshall has been appointed to the role of Vice President, Development. In this role, Marshall will support the company's development strategy, contributing to the leadership and implementation of redevelopment projects throughout the portfolio.

Prior to joining Glimcher, Marshall served as Executive Vice President of the Commercial Division of Colonial Properties Trust (now MAA). In addition, he has served as Vice President and Regional Development Director for The Westfield Corporation.
