(Stock Code: 787) TYPHOON ARRANGEMENT FOR THE SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING TO BE HELD ON 16 SEPTEMBER 2014
According to the notice of the special general meeting of Global Brands Group Holding Limited (the "Company") dated 29 August 2014, the special general meeting of the Company (the "SGM") is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 16 September 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at the Auditorium, Ground Floor, Hong Kong Spinners Industrial Building, Phase 1 & 2, 800 Cheung Sha Wan Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
The board of directors (the "Board") of the Company notes that Typhoon Signal No. 3 is now hoisted in Hong Kong, and anticipates that the weather condition in Hong Kong may deteriorate at the time scheduled for holding the SGM. In view of this, the Board would like to announce that if :
1) Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or above) or a Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted but lowered before 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 16 September 2014, the SGM will be held as scheduled at 10:00 a.m. on the same day at the same venue; or
2) Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or above) or a Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted or remain hoisted at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 16 September 2014, but lowered at or before 12 noon, the Board expects to adjourn the SGM to 2:00 p.m. on the same day at the same venue; or

3) Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or above) or a Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted or remain hoisted at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 16 September 2014, but lowered after 12 noon, the Board expects to adjourn the SGM to
10:00 a.m. on Thursday, 18 September 2014 at the same venue.
