GLP EXPANDS PARTNERSHIP WITH JD.COM TO LEASE 190,000 SQM (2 MILLION SQ FT) IN CHINA

JD.com, one of the largest e-commerce companies in China, expands 190,000 sqm (2 million sq ft) with GLP in six locations across China

GLP's unrivaled network of premium locations powers rapid growth of customers' distribution capabilities in China

Singapore, 31 March 2015 - Global Logistic Properties Limited ("GLP"), the leading global provider of modern logistics facilities, has leased 190,000 square meters ("sqm") (2 million square feet ("sq ft")) to JD.com, one of the largest e-commerce companies in China.

JD.com will utilize the facilities to optimize and expand its distribution network to meet increasing e-commerce demand across China. JD.com is one of GLP's largest customers by leased area.
