ACQUISITION OF NEW INDIRECT SUBSIDIARIES

Global Logistic Properties Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that CLF Singapore Pte. Ltd., an indirect subsidiary of the Company, has acquired a wholly-owned subsidiary known as Lanchi Limited ("Lanchi") for a total consideration of approximately RMB51,661,620 comprising cash consideration of RMB24,791,719 (the "Cash Consideration") and settlement of an outstanding loan of RMB26,869,901 owing by Lanchi to the seller. Lanchi holds 100% interest in Huizhou Yonghu Logistics Facilities Co., Ltd. ("Huizhou Yonghu"). Information relating to Lanchi and Huizhou Yonghu are as follows:

The Cash Consideration was arrived at on a willing buyer, willing seller basis, taking into account the book value of Lanchi at the time of the acquisition and was funded by internal resources.
As at 31 July 2014, the book value and net tangible asset value of Lanchi based on People's Republic of China's Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises was RMB5,351,626.77.
Following the acquisition, each of Lanchi and Huizhou Yonghu will become indirect subsidiaries of the
Company.
The acquisition is not expected to have any impact on the net tangible asset value and earnings per share of the Company for the financial year ending 31 March 2015.
None of the directors or controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the above acquisition, save for their respective interest, through their shareholdings and/or directorships, as the case may be, in the Company.
