Global Logistic Properties : STATUTORY ANNOUNCEMENT - MERGER OF SUBSIDIARIES

Global Logistic Properties Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that:

1. nine of its indirect subsidiaries in the United States of America have been merged ("Harvest A REIT, LLC Merger"). Following the completion of the Harvest A REIT, LLC Merger, (1) Jiles Road Distribution, LLC; (2) 850 Central Commerce Center, LLC; (3) Chicago Suburban Distribution, LLC; (4) Laraway Commerce Center, LLC;

   (5) 3838 Miller Distribution Center, LLC; (6) SF 35 Distribution Center, LLC; (7) MCCP 104 Distribution Center, LLC; and (8) Donaldson 814 Logistics, LLC have ceased to exist, and Harvest A REIT, LLC is the surviving company.

2. three of its indirect subsidiaries in the United States of America have been merged ("Harvest B REIT, LLC Merger"). Following the completion of the Harvest B REIT, LLC Merger, (1) Braselton Commerce Center, LLC and (2) Southside DC, Inc. have ceased to exist, and Harvest B REIT, LLC is the surviving company.

(Harvest A REIT, LLC Merger and Harvest B REIT, LLC Merger will be collectively referred to as the "Mergers".)

The Company's effective interest in the businesses of the indirect subsidiaries which have ceased to exist following the Mergers remains unchanged.

The Mergers are not expected to have a material impact on the net tangible assets or earnings per share of the Company for the financial year ending 31 March 2017.

None of the Directors or controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the above transaction, other than through their respective interests (if any) in the Company.
