Voluntary liquidation of an indirect associated company
Ichikawashiohama Special Purpose Company, a dormant indirect associated company, incorporated in Japan ("Ichikawashiohama"), has been placed under members' voluntary liquidation.
The voluntary liquidation of Ichikawashiohama is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets or earnings per share of the Company for the financial year ending 31 March 2017.
None of the directors or the controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the voluntary liquidation of Ichikawashiohama.
