The Company’s sales of water treatment products and services are conducted through its subsidiary, Electric H20, Inc. Electric H20, Inc. utilizes non-chemical water treatment to prevent scaling in cooling towers through its line of ED2000 and ED2000PLUS systems. ED2000 uses a controller and offset coil fitted around a pipe to deliver an oscillating electric field to treat water. Electric H2O, Inc. utilizes contract manufacturing and distribution, which generates both domestic and international sales.
