RESULTS OF 2016 AGM - GLOBE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (ASX CODE: GLB) ("the Company")Attached are the results of the Company's 2016 Annual General Meeting held today.
It is to be noted that Resolution 4 ("Spill Resolution") was not carried and accordingly the Spill Meeting scheduled to be held at 2.30 pm today was not held.
