GMK Noril'skiy nikel' : Norilsk Nickel Finance and Economics Block held an annual workshop for managers of its subdivisions

Over 70 managers from various financial and economic services of MMC Norilsk Nickel took part in the Company's annual workshop in Sochi.

The list of speakers included the Company's CFO Sergey Malyshev, Chief Accountant Andrey Malutin, Director of Insurance Department Pavel Ezau, CEO of NN-Infocom LLC Alexey Subbotin, Director of Transformation Project Office Alexey Kovtun, Director of Treasury Department Nikita Orlov and Director of Tax Department Svetlana Morenko. Multiple projects were discussed at the event, including implementation of the corporate ERP system and development of Share Service Center.

Sergey Malyshev said that "such workshops are particularly useful because they provide a good opportunity for our Block's management to get together and discuss all of our current and future projects as well as key bottlenecks. This event is also crucial for advancing internal communications which can greatly impact the efficiency of our project execution process".
