MMC Norilsk Nickel has arranged corporate training for staff responsible for the Company's social reporting. The course covered methodology of public non-financial reporting under Sustainability Reporting Guidelines developed by GRI (Global Reporting Initiative).

The 2014 Norilsk Nickel Group Social Responsibility Rerort comes out in a new format in compliance with GRI G4, and to avoid any resulting difficulties encountered by the staff working on the CSR, the Company's Social Policy Department initiated training beforehand.

Twenty eight employees representing the relevant head office departments joined the course taking place over two days with fifteen awarded with the GRI certificate.

Norilsk Nickel is making ongoing improvements to the CSR reporting systems using various instruments to that end. The Company develops a stakeholder interaction system and steadfastly adheres to responsible business practices.
