Representatives of the Company's HR service took part in the 9th national forum on investing in human capital. Daria Kryachkova, head of the Remuneration and Benefits Division of the Company's HR Department, lead case study discussion on social package structure for production personnel.

Transition from a traditional social security structure to a flexible configuration linking employee's benefits to his professional skillset and competencies was one of the key points emphasized in her presentation.

At the same time, it is crucial that basic social security elements always remain available to every employee and additional benefits are allocated in line with fair and transparent principles. Daria Kryachkova said "Our goal is to motivate our employees and ensure that their priorities are aligned with those of the Company. Our HR department is currently working with other internal services to improve effectiveness of our social security system. We believe that such greater efficiency can only be achieved through application of a targeted and personalized approach".
