A number of Go-Ahead bus companies will be operating services on Christmas Day.

We know that some customers need to travel, even on Christmas Day, so some of our local bus routes, particularly those serving airports or hospitals will have services 365 days of the year. Local companies have published the special timetables and are using social media to communicate additional services.

​Whenever possible, and viable, our local bus companies are helping to ensure employees at hospitals and airports can get still get to work - even though most public transport services will not be running.

Christmas Eve

· Go North East and Brighton and Hove will be running a Saturday timetable service

· Oxford Bus Company running local services

Christmas Day

· Go South Coast companies: Southern Vectis services will run throughout the day; Morebus M1/M2 service operating

· Metrobus Fastway service serving Gatwick Airport

Boxing Day

· Go North East, Oxford Bus Company and some Go South Coast running special timetables
