Sale of alluvial diamonds

GSR is pleased to announce that the Golden Saint Diamond Club website is now online at www.goldensaintdiamonds.comwhere all GSR's current cut and polished diamonds are available for sale. The Golden Saint Diamond Club is open to all shareholders of GSR ("Shareholders") through a three tier membership structure;

•      Platinum, which is open to all Shareholders holding at least 3 million ordinary shares of no par value each in the issued share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") or more and where members are entitled to a  20 per cent. discount on the retail price quoted; 

•      Gold, which is open to Shareholders who own between 1 million and 2,999,999 (inclusive) Ordinary Shares and where members are entitled to a 15 per cent. discount on the retail price quoted; and

•      Silver,  which is open to Shareholders with shareholdings of  below 1 million Ordinary Shares where members are entitled to a 10 per cent. discount on the retail price quoted. 

As in Introductory offer for GSR's first shipment of diamonds to say thank you to Shareholders for supporting the Company GSR is offering all Shareholders a 30 per cent. discount on the net retail price quoted. The member's price column on the GSR website shows the price after the 30 per cent. discount has been applied.

All members registering on the website for membership should register online and send an email to the Company at goldensaintdiamonds@goldensaint.com. 

All GIA certified diamonds are laser engraved with the trademark "GSR" on the diamond. Diamonds not certified by "GIA" will carry certifications from Adamas Diamonds.

The sale of the 107 diamonds from the current inventory of the Golden Saint Diamond Club will represent the first revenue streams for the Company and is expected to achieve total sale revenues of approximately US$330,000 when fully sold.
