Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) is recognizing Michael Mente and Mike Karanikolas, Co-Founders of REVOLVE as one of the 100 Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs of 2015 at its Builders + Innovators Summit in Santa Barbara, California, October 14-16.

Goldman Sachs has selected Mente and Karanikolas as part of 100 entrepreneurs from multiple industries to be honored at the two-day event.

The two started REVOLVE back in 2003 and have since successfully grown the company to a premier destination for an unrivaled collection of the world’s most-coveted established and emerging designers. REVOLVE is also the sister site to FORWARD by Elyse Walker and recently acquired Alliance Apparel Group, the LA based fashion group behind best-selling brands Lovers + Friends, Tularosa, NBD, RAYE, Privacy Please and L’Academie. Through their combined businesses, Mente and Karanikolas are now providing customers in 150 countries with direct access to the brands they love most, spanning the contemporary and luxury sectors.

“We are thrilled to be a part of this year’s Builders + Innovators Summit and stand by the side of the other great entrepreneurs being recognized,” said Michael Mente, Co-founder of REVOLVE. “We’ve spent 12 years building this company to be a shopping destination unlike any other, and we will continue to offer a unique shopping experience for our current and future customers. We’ve enjoyed creating a place for new and emerging designers to make a name for themselves and share their talents with the world.”

“We are honored to recognize Mente and Karanikolas as one of the most intriguing entrepreneurs of 2015,” said David Solomon, co-head of investment banking at Goldman Sachs. “This is an exciting time for entrepreneurs. This is the fourth year that we’ve hosted the Builders + Innovators Summit and continue to be amazed by what happens when a diverse group of seasoned and emerging business leaders – the builders and innovators – come together to discuss how to drive innovation, create jobs, and build enduring organizations.”

For more than 145 years, Goldman Sachs has been advising and financing entrepreneurs as they launch and grow their businesses. In addition to honoring 100 entrepreneurs, the summit consists of general sessions and clinics led by Goldman Sachs experts, seasoned entrepreneurs, academics and business leaders as well as resident scholars.
