Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. : NuCO2 Seeks Buyer, May Fetch Over $1 Billion : Sources -Reuters

Florida-based beverage carbonation company NuCO2 Inc is exploring a possible $1 billion sale, the Reuters news agency said Wednesday on its website, citing three unnamed people familiar with the matter.
The company is owned by private equity firm Aurora Capital Group and has hired Goldman Sachs Group Inc. to run an auction, the sources were quoted in the report as saying.
Aurora Capital had no immediate comment and Goldman Sachs declined to comment, the report said.
