Prosecutors Reveal Another Insider Trading Claim Vs Rajat Gupta -Reports

Federal prosecutors have added another insider-trading charge against former Goldman Sachs Group (>> Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.) and Procter & Gamble Co. (PG) director Rajat Gupta, the New York Times and Reuters reported Monday, citing a letter from prosecutors to U.S. District Judge Jed Rakoff made public Monday.
Gupta is now also accused of providing tips about Procter & Gamble's 2008 sales forecasts to convicted Galleon Group founder Raj Rajaratnam, according to the reports.
Gupta, who is scheduled to go on trial May 21, has denied all the charges against him.
