Gooch &Housego PLC (the "Company") Additional Listing
Application has been made to AIM for admission of 10,000
Ordinary Shares of 20p each in the Company ("Shares"). These
Shares, which rank paripassu in all respects with the
existing shares in issue, have been allotted pursuant to the
exercise of options.
Admission is expected to become effective on 4 January
2012
