HOUSTON, Feb. 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Goodrich Petroleum Corporation (NYSE: GDP) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.6719 per share on its 5.375% Series B Cumulative Convertible Preferred Stock for the 1st Quarter of 2012. The dividend will be paid on March 15, 2012 to stockholders of record as of March 1, 2012.
