The BlessingWhite division provides leadership development training and employee engagement and serves clients in multiple countries and industries. The decision to expand into Indonesia helps address a growing need for performance improvement solutions in that region. With a population of 254 million people and GDP growth rate of over 5%, the Indonesian market offers great potential.
