Graham Media Group, Inc., a Graham Holdings Company (NYSE: GHC) subsidiary, announced today that Jaimie León has been named Vice President and General Manager of WSLS, the NBC affiliate television station in Roanoke, VA.

Jaimie León joined Graham Media Group in 2006. As the Business Manager for WPLG-TV, the ABC affiliate in Miami, FL, she played a key role in the management and building of a new state-of-the-art broadcast facility, and a new broadcast tower. In 2014, León became the Business Manager of KSAT-TV, the dominant ABC affiliate in San Antonio, TX.

León began her television career at WFOR-TV, the CBS owned & operated station in Miami, FL as an accountant in 2003. She went on to become the Business Manager for WWHB-CA (Azteca affiliate) and WTCN-CA (My Network affiliate) when acquired by CBS/Viacom.

A graduate of the University of South Florida, León holds a BS in Accounting. She attended the NAB Broadcast Leadership Training Program in 2016. She and her husband, Rick, have two children.
