Valued Shareholders,

To begin this new Aurora edition, the Board of Directors and Richard Caldwell would like to thank you for your support regarding our name change, approved with flying colours at the General Meeting on the 9 June 2017 at our Headquarters.

It is a very exciting time for us, where the rebranding exercise symbolises the end of an era and the beginning of a new, more promising one - the pathway to commercialisation with prototyping, pilot line and, ultimately, mass production.

Quarterly Web-conference

Our Quarterly web-conference was held on Wednesday 3 May, 2017. If you could not attend in person, the live webcast is now available on Greatcell's website.

What's on in this Edition?

Due to many enquiries from our shareholders and followers:

  • Richard Caldwell, Greatcell Solar's Managing Director, will, in a 1article, give an update about Mini MAD/ MAD progress. In his 2article, he will narrate his experience at the Vinnies CEO Sleepout, living as a homeless person for one night.
  • Chris Moore, Global Head of Metals, Greatcell Solar UK, will give you an update about the Metals Team progress.
  • Luca Sorbello, Sales and Marketing Manager, and Michael Horsley, Mechanical Engineer, will recount their experience at HOPV in May 2017, in Lausanne.

Greatcell Solar's team really wants to thank you for all the feedback and support that you have provided over these past months.

It is crucial for us to enhance our shareholder communication and make sure that our information is clear and delivered in real time.
