Greater Hudson Bank (the Bank) is a full service commercial bank. The Bank provides a range of banking services to individual and corporate customers located primarily in Orange, Rockland and Westchester Counties, New York. The Bank is principally engaged in the business of attracting deposits from the general public and using these deposits, together with other funds, to make loans and to purchase securities. The Bank's loan portfolio includes real estate loans, such as commercial loans, land acquisition and construction loans, and other loans; commercial loans, and consumer loans. The Bank's deposits include noninterest bearing demand, interest bearing demand, money market, savings and time deposits. The Bank's securities available for sale include the United States Government agency securities, corporate securities, obligations of states and political subdivisions, mortgage-backed securities-residential, collateralized mortgage obligations-residential and asset-backed securities.
