OPAP S.A. ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF GTECH S.p.A. THE COMPANY'S ONLINE BETTING PROVIDER

OPAP S.A. announces the appointment of GTECH as the company's provider for the expansion of its activities in the online sports betting market.

The assignment comes as a result of a closed Tender Procedure in which 5 international companies took part. The closed tender was concluded by OPAP in order to select the company's strategic partner for OPAP's expansion into online betting. The cooperation of GTECH and OPAP will be initially focused on online sports betting.

GTECH is an internationally acclaimed leader in the development of online betting platforms and was selected for successfully meeting the requirements as prepared and defined by OPAP's management.
